I started the company in 2015, and my dream was to change negative perceptions about builders.
My goals are to establish personal relationships with my
clients and to personally be involved with all my projects. By doing this I can ensure that my projects run smoothly and use my experience to guide my clients into making decisions timeously.
I obtained a B-Tech Quantity Surveying degree in 2003. As of 2003, I was employed as a QS/Contract Manager until I started Robcon in 2015.
Between 2003 and 2009 I managed a wide range of projects which included the construction of upmarket houses, office blocks, and apartment blocks. From 2009 to 2015 I was employed as a Contracts Manager for a large construction company where I managed the upgrade of the Cape Town Train Station for the 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup (R100 Million), and the alterations and additions to the Wynberg Military Hospital (R600 Million).
Who are we?
At Robcon we understand what it takes to plan and execute a project from start to finish. With 20+ years’ of experience under our belt, we have come to understand what it takes to manage the expectations of our clients.
Robcon specializes in Project Management and Building. We are not limited to any size and form of building, but only to meeting our client’s needs.
Our work ranges from small house and flat renovations to upmarket beachfront homes as well as Project Managing large warehouse developments.
Some houses we build for clients, and others we build to sell. By being our own client, we have learned a great deal by looking at things from a client’s perspective, and we have used this knowledge to further improve our client/builder
relationship.
